Q: I am trying to log in to my account to cancel or change my plan, but I am having trouble. What am I doing wrong?
A: If this is your first time logging in, you need to select the BARCODE and CC option. You must enter the Barcode # on the windshield sticker we provided you at time of sign-up. We DO NOT record license plates, so please do not attempt to login using your Plate Number. Then you need to enter the LAST FOUR Digits of the Credit/Debit card you have on file with us. Both of these items MUST be entered correctly to access your account online. If you are not being granted access, you are either entering something wrong, or you are not using the correct Last Four digits of the card we have on file. Once you have successfully logged in, you should select the UNLIMITED WASH CLUB box to make changes to your account. If canceling, you will receive a Cancelation Confirmation email response. Please make sure you save that email, and if you do not see it in your inbox, please make sure to check your SPAM folder. All cancelations are sent a confirmation email with a Date/Time stamp, which is your proof of cancelation.
Q: If I join the Wash club, can I use it on Multiple vehicles?
A: The memberships are assigned to each car and cannot be used on multiple vehicles. Additional memberships must be purchased for each additional vehicle customers wish to be a part of the wash club.
Q: I am selling or trading in my vehicle. How does this affect my membership?
A: Your membership is not affected by changing to a new vehicle. Customers should take a Picture of their RFID Tag (Windshield Sticker) and bring that to the wash with their new vehicle. One of our staff members will create a new tag for you and your account will continue as before. Customers Canceling and signing up as a new member with their vehicle are subject to price increases, if applicable.
Q: Can you wash Pick-up trucks or commercial vehicles?
A: We can wash pick-up trucks up to a 150/1500 Series. Anything above that is considered commercial, and the Weight/Stance of these trucks cause the wash equipment to struggle. Customers arriving in those vehicles will be denied the ability to wash. Additionally all pick-up beds must be COMPLETELY EMPTY, free of all items and debris. These items can leave the truck bed, damage our equipment, or possibly damage other vehicles in the wash. Customers who arrive without an empty bed will be denied access to the wash. We recommend all pick-up trucks install a bed cover to avoid any issues. Not only will it alleviate the need to worry about what is in the truck bed, but the truck will come out much cleaner and drier after the vehicle is washed. Having a bed cover will also allow pick-up owners to join our Unlimited wash club if they wish to do so. No open bed pick-ups are allowed access to the Club program.
Q: I came to the wash with a Trailer hitch/Bike rack and was denied access. Why did this happen?
A: Our equipment can get caught on a trailer hitch or bike rack, and they can cause significant damage to our wash. Additionally these items do not allow the equipment to properly clean the rear of the vehicle. For this reason we ask customers to remove ALL trailer hitches or bike racks prior to washing with us.
