MANAGING YOUR WASH CLUB ACCOUNT

 

  • Q: I am trying to log in to my account to cancel or change my plan, but I am having trouble. What am I doing wrong?


  • A: If this is your first time logging in, you need to select the BARCODE and CC option. You must enter the Barcode # on the windshield sticker we provided you at time of sign-up. We DO NOT record license plates, so please do not attempt to login using your License Plate Number. Then you need to enter the LAST FOUR Digits of the Credit/Debit card you have on file with us.  Both of these items MUST be entered correctly to access your account online. If you are not being granted access, you are either entering an incorrect Barcode #, or you are not using the correct Last Four digits of the card we have on file. Once you have logged in you may use this portal to Upgrade, Downgrade, Cancel services, or change your method of payment. We strongly suggest updating your personal information as well (Email, phone #'s, etc.) to ensure you receive all correspondence for your wash account.


  • Q: I am not using the Wash Club as often as I thought I would.  Should I cancel my account?


  • A: Our plans are priced so well, you only need to wash TWO TIMES per month to save money.  If you are washing at least twice a month, we do not recommend canceling. Additionally if there is a price increase in the plans, you will lose your seniority by canceling and be subject to new price points, if applicable.


  • Q: I was just charged for a new month on my Wash Club account, but I want to cancel.  Can I get a refund?


  • A: Once an account has been renewed, there are no refunds available.  We ask all members cancel within 10 days of their renewal date to avoid any delay between charging and posting to your Credit/Debit account. Canceling after being renewed will ensure you are no longer billed, but once charged your account will remain active until the plan expiration date.
